Shipping policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of placement (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). During peak periods, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email upon placement and a second email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Options

All UK orders ship via Royal Mail with tracking included. Delivery timeframes start from the dispatch date, not the order date.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £50. Free shipping applies automatically at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. After dispatch, you will receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number. Parcels can be tracked at royalmail.com/track-your-item. Please allow 24-48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.
5. Delivery Attempts and Collection
If you are not home when delivery is attempted, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. Parcels may be held at your local Royal Mail office for up to 18 days before being returned to the sender.
6. Delivery Issues
Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please check your tracking at royalmail.com, allow 2-3 additional business days, then contact us at support@polyshe.com with your order number if it still has not been received.
Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and the item before discarding anything, and contact us at support@polyshe.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Lost Parcels
If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your parcel, please check with members of your household and your neighbours, then contact us within 7 days and we will open an investigation with Royal Mail.
7. International Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We are working to expand shipping to Europe and beyond, and you can sign up to our newsletter for updates.
8. Packaging
All orders ship in protective packaging with careful wrapping to prevent damage in transit.
