Who we are
My name is Clara Whitfield. I am based in London and I have owned dogs my whole adult life.
For years I kept replacing the same things: leads, collars, bowls, brushes. Not because my pets were especially hard on them, but because they were not made to last. The hardware rusted. The stitching pulled. The silicone cracked. And the better-looking versions tended to fail faster than the plain ones, because the effort had gone into the photograph rather than the material.
So I built one. I started Polyshe to make a small range of everyday pet accessories built to the standard I kept looking for and not finding. Not a large catalogue. Not a brand that sells everything. A curated set of things your pet uses daily, made properly.

Why I started Polyshe
Good pet accessories should not be hard to find, and they should not cost a fortune. Too much of what is sold is built to look right in a photo and replaced within a season. I wanted the opposite: a short range you buy once and keep using.
Polyshe makes everyday pet accessories: beds, bowls and feeding stations, grooming tools, and walking and travel kit. All products are sourced for UK pets and delivered within the UK.
There are no claims here about veterinary approval or clinical testing. These are accessories. They are well made. That is the claim.
Our materials
Steel and brass hardware. Solid welded steel D-rings and solid brass clasps, chosen to resist rust and wear on leads and harnesses.
Food-grade contact surfaces. Food-grade 304 stainless steel and food-grade silicone on every feeding product. No BPA, no coatings, no plastic in the food contact zone.
High-resilience foam. Bed cushioning cut from a single slab of high-resilience foam that holds its shape rather than flattening after a few weeks.
Built to last. Double-stitched seams at every stress point, with application-specific fabrics and webbing for each product.
